We built a reliable way to understand customer conversations at scale. Instead of teams manually digging through call transcripts, leaders now get weekly insight packs that highlight sentiment changes, top call drivers, and emerging operational issues. It gives the business early warning signals and removes the guesswork from understanding what customers are actually saying.

It replaces scattered manual checks with a consistent, insight-driven view that supports better conversations, stronger decisions, and healthier long-term member relationships.

Seller Payments Modernisation
Modernising Seller Payments for a Marketplace in Transition.
We rebuilt the seller payment experience as OnBuy prepared to become a Merchant of Record. With PayPal no longer serving as the exclusive payment partner, the new integration with Nuvei enabled over 580 alternative payment methods and full capital control. Our first major initiative introduced new payout options for sellers, replacing manual, PayPal-dependent processes with a flexible, scalable payments foundation that supports marketplace growth and operational independence.

Agricultural SaaS Transformation
Transforming an Agricultural Platform into a Scalable SaaS Product.
We led the transformation of a traditional agricultural platform into a subscription-based SaaS solution. This included developing a farmer-friendly pricing model, redesigning the full discovery experience, and identifying high-value features based on real field needs. By defining and delivering the MMP, we created a market-ready product foundation. Post-launch, we optimised funnel performance, improved engagement, and strengthened user retention through data-driven insights and continuous iteration.
